This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of all HyperVeil Servers services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use HyperVeil Servers infrastructure for any of the following:

  • Launching DDoS, DoS, or any other type of network attack against any target
  • Hosting, distributing, or executing malware, viruses, or any malicious code
  • Illegal content of any kind, including but not limited to CSAM
  • Unsolicited bulk email (spam) or phishing campaigns
  • Unauthorized access to or exploitation of third-party systems
  • Cryptocurrency mining without explicit written permission
  • Hosting content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

Resource Usage

You may not use server resources in a way that negatively impacts other customers on our infrastructure. Excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth usage that degrades shared systems may result in throttling or suspension pending resolution.

Game Server Rules

Game servers must be used for their intended gaming purpose. Using game server infrastructure for unrelated workloads (web scraping, bot networks, proxy services, etc.) is not permitted.

Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of any misuse of HyperVeil infrastructure, please report it through our support panel immediately.

Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension, termination of service, and/or reporting to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to take whatever action we deem necessary to protect our infrastructure and customers.

Changes

This AUP may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
