By accessing or using any HyperVeil Servers service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
HyperVeil Servers provides game server hosting, including but not limited to Minecraft and Forge server hosting. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Services are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected. You may cancel at any time through the billing panel. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, using our infrastructure for illegal purposes, distributing malware, or attempting to attack other systems.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance. Service credits may be available for extended outages at our discretion.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, our AUP, or any applicable law. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
HyperVeil Servers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
